TL;DR: We collect the minimum personal data needed to operate this website and to manage voluntary sign-ups to our updates. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

2) What data we collect and whyTechnical access data. When you visit the site, standard web server logs may record your IP address, the date/time of access, and basic device/browser information. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, and prevent abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests).
Contact & updates (Google Forms). If you choose to leave your name, organisation, and email via our Google Form to receive updates, we process this information based on your consent to keep in touch and send occasional communications (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@agenticstate.org.
3) No cookies, no trackingThis website does not use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or any non-essential cookies. Only technically necessary processing occurs to serve pages and keep the site secure.
4) Hosting & service providersWebsite hosting: GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) provides static hosting for this site. In the course of providing hosting, GitHub may process technical access data (e.g., IP address) to deliver pages and ensure security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Domain registrar: GoDaddy is used only for domain registration. It does not host or operate the site.
Forms & email collection: Google Forms (Google Ireland Limited; with support from Google LLC) processes data you voluntarily submit for updates. Where data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g., to the US), Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5) Legal basesWe process personal data only when a legal basis applies: (a) your consent for updates you opt into (Art. 6(1)(a)); and (b) our legitimate interests to operate a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
6) RetentionTechnical access logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operations. Contact/update data are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the stated purpose.
7) Your rightsYou have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and (where applicable) to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EEA, in particular in your place of residence or work, or where you believe an infringement has occurred.
8) Sharing & international transfersWe do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers listed above to operate the website and manage sign-ups, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, recognised transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU–US DPF, Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.
9) ChildrenThis website is intended for a general audience and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10) ChangesWe may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date below indicates the current version.
